old man presents with a 2 hours history of dull pain radiating down his left
arm. However, his ECG appears normal.
2. A 60 years
old alcoholic man presented in A&E with worsening ascites, weight loss,
fever and an ache in the right hypochondrium. He is also a known HBV carrier.
3. An 80 years
old man presents with chest pain on the left side, worse on palpation. A bone
scan reveals osteosclerotic lesions in the ribs.
4. A 28 years
old woman with a past history of a hydatidiform mole complains of chest pain,
SOB and weight loss.
5. A 45 years
old housewife was woken up at four in the morning by severe pain in the right
upper abdomen and below the right shoulder blade. Since then she has vomited
twice and been feeling hot and sweaty. Lab results came back as high bilirubin
alongside one other marker.
